General Manager – Glen Tomlinson

Glen joined Toyota Fleet Management in September 2006 and worked in various roles across the business before his appointment to General Manager in February 2019.  Glen is passionate about embedding the Toyota Kaizen continuous improvement methodology to grow our people to improve the quality of our products and services. Glen is a qualified motor mechanic with bachelor’s degrees in finance and law.  Glen holds a practicing certificate as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW.

Gavin joined Toyota Fleet Management in March 2004 and led our National Sales team as Head of Fleet Sales from 2013 until his appointment to Head of Salary Packaging in 2021. With a Bachelor’s degree in business management and 28 years’ fleet industry experience, Gavin is passionate about building strong and enduring relationships and developing young people into tomorrow’s leaders.

He currently holds an MBA, which supports his strategic leadership role. He is responsible for the management, growth and development of products and services, with a focus on the future of automation, AI-driven insights, and IoT. James’ strong values of honesty, integrity and precision are instilled within his team, enabling and resulting in the ongoing success of his portfolio.
